Something is not working
Most alarm and service problems are covered in the FAQ and the troubleshooting guide. If not, e-mail us with your phone model and Android version.
Premium and billing
Subscriptions are handled by Google Play. To cancel or check a charge, open the Play Store › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play's policy. E-mail us if Premium is paid for but not active.
Privacy and data deletion
To delete everything tied to your account, e-mail us from the Google address you used in the app with the subject "Data deletion". Photos can be deleted inside the app at any time. See the privacy policy.
Wrong or awkward translation
Tell us the language, the screen and what it should say instead. The app runs in 32 languages and we fix wording in every one of them.
Feature ideas and feedback
We read every message. Tell us what you were trying to do and where the app got in the way.

Write to gtsinfosoft@gmail.com. There is no contact form on this site and no phone line; e-mail is the only channel, and it is read by the people who build the app.
To get a useful answer in one round, include your phone brand and model, the Android version, the Alert24 version from Settings, and what you expected to happen versus what did. Screenshots help. Never send your PIN or your Google password; we will not ask for them.
Replies come from the same address. Support is in English, and we do our best with messages in other languages.
Before you send a bug report
- Update Alert24 from Google Play; the fix may already be out
- Check the troubleshooting guide for your phone brand's battery settings
- Note the exact steps that lead to the problem, and whether it happens every time
- Include the phone model, Android version and app version
