Most phone theft takes a few seconds. Someone lifts a phone from a table, unplugs it at a charging point, or slides it out of a pocket in a crowd. Alert24 is built around those seconds. Its alarms fire the moment the phone moves, is unplugged or leaves your pocket, and only your PIN, pattern, knock code or fingerprint can stop them.
Everything on this page works on Android 7.0 and later. The alarms, intruder selfie and app lock are free. Remote Access and the suspicious-apps results are part of Premium. The app is available in 31 languages.

How every alarm behaves
The four alarms share one design. You tap Activate on the dashboard, a 10-second countdown gives you time to put the phone down or in your pocket, and the phone is armed. When the trigger happens, a short warning beep plays first (5 seconds by default). Then a full-screen alarm appears and the siren rings at full volume, with flash and vibration if you turned them on.
The siren keeps ringing until you enter your secret on that screen. It stops on its own after 5 minutes, but the lock screen stays until you unlock it. A photo of whoever is holding the phone is taken when the alarm starts, and again after wrong PIN entries.
- Countdown, beep, then siren: you always get a moment to cancel
- Stops only with your PIN, pattern, knock code or fingerprint
- Works offline; nothing about the alarms needs the internet
- Volume keys cannot turn the siren below 60% of maximum

Locks and privacy
Automation: arms itself, quiet at home
You do not have to remember to arm anything. Open the Automation panel on the dashboard and switch on the alarms you want to run by themselves. Charger removal then arms every time you plug in, earphone removal arms when you connect wired earphones, and the pick-pocket alarm watches your pocket all day.
To keep the alarms quiet where you feel safe, save a trusted place such as home or your desk, or a safe Wi-Fi network. Automatic alarms pause there. You can also pause them for 30 minutes from the alarm screen. Read more on the trusted places and auto-arm page.

Common questions about the features
Which Alert24 features are free?
All four alarms, drop detection, the intruder selfie gallery, the app lock, trusted places and automation are free. Remote Access and suspicious-app results need Premium. See the Premium page for details.
Do the alarms need an internet connection?
No. The alarms, the app lock and the intruder photos all work offline. Only Remote Access needs the phone to be online.
Can I run several alarms at the same time?
Yes. For example, arm charger removal while the phone charges and leave the pick-pocket switch on in Automation. Each alarm is armed and fires on its own.
Where do I find more answers?
The FAQ covers permissions, battery, ads and troubleshooting. The getting started guide walks through the first setup.
