Plans
Premium is a subscription bought through Google Play, with a monthly and a yearly option. The price is shown in your local currency in the app under Upgrade to Pro and on the Alert24 page in Google Play. Payment, renewal and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms.
The subscription is tied to the Google account you use in Google Play. Sign in with the same Play account on a new phone and the app restores Premium when it checks your purchases at start-up.

Tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

You can change between monthly and yearly, update the payment method or cancel.

Cancelling
Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the app goes back to the free features, and everything on the phone keeps working.
Frequently asked questions
Do the alarms stop working without Premium?
No. All four alarms, drop detection, the intruder selfie, the app lock, trusted places and Phone Access Snap are free and stay free.
How much does Premium cost?
Prices depend on your country and can change. Open the app and tap Upgrade to Pro, or look at the Alert24 listing on Google Play, to see the current monthly and yearly prices.
Does one subscription cover several phones?
Premium belongs to your Google Play account. Install Alert24 on another phone with the same Play account and the app restores the purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow Google Play's policies. Request one from your Google Play order history. See also our terms of service.
Is there a free trial?
Any trial offer, if one is available in your country, is shown in Google Play when you subscribe. We do not print trial terms here because they can differ by region.
