Terms of Services

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms of service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least [insert notice period] days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Alert24 account and password.

2. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. You agree not to use the Alert24 application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms of service.

Alert24 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Alert24 application for your personal or internal business purposes.

When using the Alert24 application, you agree not to:

1. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

2. Use the application in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the application.

3. Attempt to bypass any measures of the application designed to prevent or restrict access to the application, or any portion of the application.

The anti-theft services provided by Alert24 are subject to certain conditions, including but not limited to:

1. The device must be turned on.

2. The Alert24 application must be running actively in the background.

3. The device must have an active internet connection.

4. Other technical requirements as determined by Alert24.

The Alert24 application and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by Alert24 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Alert24 application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms of service.

The Alert24 application is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Alert24, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Alert24 application; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Alert24 application; (iii) any content obtained from the Alert24 application; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Alert24 regarding your use of the Alert24 application, superseding any prior agreements between you and Alert24.
